I love story telling when it is combined with great visuals. Many people will argue that books are better then movies blah blah blah. They are different. I like both. I like the books because I can visualize everything in my mind, it becomes my story. I also like movies because we get to be taken into someone’s world that you have no control over. In either case I always wind up happy, even my friends and I are heckling the moving to no end.

This however is not one of those movies I can heckle. All credit to Andrew Kramer over at video copilot for putting this video on his blog, it is a short film made for less then 5K. What they have done is awesome and I applaud them for their work. Now I just need to get off my butt and make short films like this. Inspiration for the day.

This is by far the most awesome, kick-ass packaging design I have ever seen. I won’t lie, I’m biased towards art like this cause I love zombies. This is truly a great use of context sensitive design. The envelope peel is the best part. I like the CD design as well, hell I love all of it. Kudos to the team that put it all together. You can get all the gory little details here.
